Terms & Conditions
Terms of sale
Last updated 23 October 2026
These terms apply to every purchase made on this website. Please read them before you order: in particular section 08, because every MORPH T-shirt is personalised and made only for you.
01Who we are
This website and the sale of MORPH products are operated by João Queiroz, tax number (NIF) 223419486, with registered address at Rua José Fernandes Ferreira, 75, 1.º Esq., 4705-802 Braga, Portugal (“MORPH”, “we”).
You can reach us at hello@morphyourone.com.
02What MORPH is
MORPH creates generative art and prints it on a T-shirt. Each time you press Generate, our software composes an artwork that has never existed. You can keep it by adding it to your bag, or generate again.
When you generate again, the artwork on screen is left behind for good: it will not be shown to you, or to anyone else, again. You do not choose styles or parameters; you choose the artwork you recognise as yours.
03Edition 1/1
Each artwork has its own number and is recorded in our register. Once it has been bought, it is registered as sold to that order and will never be generated, offered or sold again as a new piece.
If a T-shirt has to be replaced under the legal guarantee (section 09), the replacement carries the same artwork and the same edition; the defective piece is taken out of circulation.
04The product
A unisex T-shirt with a relaxed fit, in white or black, with the artwork printed on the front (up to A3) and a small MORPH label on the sleeve. Its features, care instructions and the measurements of each size are given in the size guide on the generator page.
The images on screen are a faithful preview, but screens and fabric are different materials: small differences in tone, line weight and position of the print are inherent to textile printing and are not a defect.
It is your responsibility to choose the size using the published measurements. Please check them before you order (see section 08).
05Prices and payment
Prices are in euros and include VAT. The T-shirt costs €49. Shipping costs depend on the destination and are shown at checkout, before you pay.
You can pay by MB WAY or Multibanco reference, through our payment provider. We never see or store your payment details.
06Orders and reservation
Adding an artwork to your bag reserves it for you for a limited time. Your order is placed when you submit it on the payment page and accept these terms; the contract is concluded when your payment is confirmed. We confirm the order by email.
If the payment is not completed while the artwork is reserved, the order may be cancelled and the artwork released. We may refuse or cancel an order in case of an obvious pricing error, suspected fraud or if the artwork is no longer available; in that case any amount paid is refunded in full.
07Production and delivery
Every T-shirt is printed after your payment is confirmed. Production and delivery take up to 10 business days after payment. We deliver to the countries listed at checkout and send you the tracking details when your order ships.
If we do not deliver within the time stated, you may give us a reasonable additional period; if that is not met either, you may cancel the order and be refunded in full (article 19 of Decreto-Lei 24/2014). The risk of loss passes to you when the parcel is delivered to you or to someone you have indicated.
08No right of withdrawal
Each MORPH T-shirt is personalised: it carries an artwork chosen by you, unique to you, and it is printed only after your order. Under article 17(1)(c) of Decreto-Lei 24/2014, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised.
For this reason we do not accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind or for a wrong choice of size. The measurements of every size are published on the site so you can choose with confidence.
This does not affect your rights under the legal guarantee if the T-shirt is defective (section 09).
09Legal guarantee and defects
Every T-shirt is covered by the legal guarantee of conformity for three years from delivery (Decreto-Lei 84/2021). If it has a manufacturing or printing defect (for example faulty seams, holes, or a print that is damaged, misplaced or peeling under normal use), tell us at hello@morphyourone.com with your order number and photos of the defect.
We will ask you to send the T-shirt back to the address we give you. For a defective product, the return shipping is at our expense: we reimburse the cost of the shipment, or provide a prepaid label. After checking it, we will replace it with a new print of the same artwork; if that is not possible, you may choose a price reduction or a full refund, as the law provides.
The guarantee does not cover normal wear, damage caused by not following the care instructions (for example ironing on the print, or tumble drying at high temperature), accidents, alterations, or the choice of a size that does not fit.
10The artwork and its rights
When you buy a MORPH T-shirt, the garment is yours: you can wear it, show it, photograph it and share those photos, give it or resell it.
The artwork itself, the MORPH name and the software that generates the artworks remain the intellectual property of MORPH. Buying the T-shirt does not give the right to reproduce the artwork on other products or to use it commercially. We do not show your artwork publicly as yours without your consent.
11Use of the generator
The generator is for personal use. Automated use, copying of the previews to reproduce them, or attempts to interfere with the service are not allowed; we may limit the number of generations to keep the service available to everyone.
12Liability
We are responsible for the products we sell under the law. Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have as a consumer under Portuguese and European law.
13Complaints and disputes
If something goes wrong, write to us first at hello@morphyourone.com; we will answer within 15 business days. You can also use the electronic Complaints Book at livroreclamacoes.pt.
In the event of a consumer dispute, you may turn to an alternative dispute resolution entity. The competent entity for online purchases is the CNIACC — Centro Nacional de Informação e Arbitragem de Conflitos de Consumo (cniacc.pt). For disputes up to €5,000, arbitration is compulsory for the seller if you request it (Lei 63/2019). More information on the Consumer Portal, consumidor.gov.pt.
14Law and changes
These terms are governed by Portuguese law, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protections of the country where you live. We may update these terms; the version that applies to your order is the one accepted when you placed it.
How we handle your personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy.
