Partner programme
Partner terms
Last updated 26 October 2026
The rules of the MORPH partner programme: how codes, commissions and payments work, and what we ask of every partner.
01The programme
The programme is run by João Queiroz, NIF 223419486, Rua José Fernandes Ferreira, 75, 1.º Esq., 4705-802 Braga, Portugal (“MORPH”). Partners share MORPH with their audience; their followers get a discount with the partner’s code and the partner earns a commission on each T-shirt sold with it. Taking part is free and does not make you an employee or agent of MORPH.
02Applying
Anyone of legal age with a public profile can apply on the programme page. We review every application and may accept or decline it without giving reasons. If the code you asked for is taken or not suitable, we may give you another.
Once accepted, we give you one MORPH T-shirt with an artwork you generate, for your unboxing. It is a gift: it is not a payment and does not oblige you to post. If you do post it, mark it as a gift or advertising (for example #gifted or #ad).
03Your code
- Your code gives your followers 10% off every T-shirt. It does not apply to shipping and cannot be combined with other codes.
- Share it on your own channels. Do not publish it on coupon or deal websites, and do not use it in paid search ads on the MORPH name.
- Your personal link (morphyourone.com/?ref=CODE) fills in the code at checkout.
04Commission
- You earn €5 per T-shirt in each paid order placed with your code, or the amount agreed with you at approval and shown in your dashboard.
- A commission is being confirmed for 30 days after the payment and then becomes confirmed. Orders cancelled or refunded in that time do not count.
- There is no commission on your own purchases.
- A change in the commission applies only to sales made after it; past sales keep the amount they had.
05Payments
At the start of each month we transfer the confirmed commissions to the IBAN you give in your dashboard. For each payment you send us a receipt or invoice as required by the tax rules that apply to you (in Portugal, for example, a “recibo verde”). You are responsible for your own taxes and social security.
06Advertising and conduct
- Every post about MORPH must be clearly identified as advertising (for example #ad or the platform’s “paid partnership” label), as the law requires.
- Describe MORPH truthfully: every artwork is generated once; T-shirts are made to order. Do not promise discounts, prices or delivery times other than those on the site.
- You may use the images and texts in your dashboard. Do not change the MORPH logo or present yourself as MORPH.
07Your data
We use the data in your application to evaluate it and, if you join, to run the programme: your code, your sales, your payments and the bank details you give. The legal basis is the contract between us (GDPR art. 6(1)(b)) and, for invoices and payments, our legal obligations (art. 6(1)(c)). Your dashboard shows orders and amounts only, never who bought. More in our Privacy Policy.
08Suspension and ending
Either side can end the partnership at any time by email. We may suspend a code immediately if these terms are not followed. Commissions confirmed before the end are paid in the following month, except where the sales came from a breach of these terms.
09Changes and law
We may change these terms; we tell partners by email at least 15 days before a change takes effect. These terms are governed by Portuguese law. For questions, write to hello@morphyourone.com.
